When traveling, Paul Smit often stays in Roure, a perched village at 1100 meters altitude in Mercantour national park. That's a one-hour drive from Nice and the international Côte d'Azur Airport in the the french Maritime Alps. The perfect spot from where to shoot his assignments in Southern France and Northern Italy.
